Hello , I am serching for my father Ulrich Menzel. Is there anyone who has read this name? My father was in WW2 at Cherbourgh (georgische Legion 709). Some person had possibly seen him in Camp 23 but I do not know who that person was. If anyone knows this name please tell me to my e-mail.
